When we decided to sell our home in Schertz we were really concerned. We were absentee owners with our mother in law and several pets left behind in the house. There was some deferred maintenance (work) that was going to be tough to manage from 1k mikes away. We tried hiring some contractors but proved unmanageable with an elderly woman and a thousand mile gap. Tom stepped in, helped my wife coordinate the move out, suggested then oversaw contractors as they made our home ready for sale. I feel like his contractors and suggestions maximized the selling price while minimizing out of pocket expense. He priced it perfectly so we got multiple offers and the house was under contract within days. With his advice and expertise we were able to successfully sell our home with very little interference in our already busy lives."

I called him that same night and he adjusted his schedule to come and meet me and answer any questions I had. I live 7 hours away and Tom always answered my calls and emails any time of the day or night. He makes himself available as much as possible when it comes to meetings with the builders, inspectors, etc. A lot of the time I hear of realtors being more of “background” people but Tom has been an advocate for my family always making sure his clients are happy. ! Tom goes above and beyond what truly needs to be done to get your house sold! We tried to sell our house twice before with two separate realtors. The first one was great but we had to back out for personal reasons. Fast forward a few years and we were ready to sell again. The second realtor suggested way too much work be done prior to selling. Needless to say we didn't go with her. Tom came out, viewed the house, ran his numbers, took pictures and listed it. Yes, after the inspector came out, a few things needed to be fixed but nothing compared to what the second realtor stated! The house sold super fast and at a great price! If it weren't for Tom, I truly don't know how this process would've turned out. However, I'm glad I didn't have to find out! He knows what he's doing and he's a pleasure to deal with!! He was unbelievably helpful and available even with our five hour time difference he made it work. Purchasing a home from a remote location was scary but Tom was very reassuring and thorough. He arranged multiple showings for us using video chat or he would post them to his YouTube channel for us to get a detailed look without having to be physically present.
