About Tom Betsill

I have been working hand in hand with clients working in construction doing estimates, drafting, installations, sales and more for a granite countertop company since 2003. This experience gives me a great familiarity with homes and the construction process as well as materials.

I am a self motivator, you will not have to worry about "getting me going". My experience sets US up for success to help you reach your home-ownership goals!

Being able to wake up in the morning and know that I will be able to help people through one of the biggest decisions of their life is an amazing feeling.

The look on a client's face after you help them to achieve their dream is PRICELESS.

Knowledge is power and I love to learn and to help other people learn.

YOU WILL NOT FIND ANYONE WHO WILL WORK HARDER FOR YOU THAN ME!

I attribute my success to my dedication to my clients. I believe it is most important to always put their needs, concerns and interests first.

As your Realtor I will always:

-Listen to your questions and concerns and offer practical solutions

-Focus on the common goal of getting Your home SOLD

-Extensively advertise and actively market Your home until the sale is closed

-Be readily available to You

-Negotiate all offers and contracts with Your best interest in mind

-Handle all the details from Title Insurance, Inspections, Appraisals, Loan Commitments etc while keeping You informed every step of the way

-Pay attention to the details all the way to the closing table

I love what I do and I look forward to the opportunity of working with you on the sale of Your home and adding Your name to my list of satisfied Clients. It is my goal to become Your Realtor for life.
